Brickstuff Express Power Source for Train Cars - SEED13T

This all-in-one power and light source was specially designed for train cars. No additional parts are needed to quickly add light to any passenger car!

We wanted a quick and easy way to add light to our pasenger cars, so we made this all-in-one power source with seven onboard warm white LED lights and integrated on/off switch. Self-adhesive sticky squares are included to allow for easy mounting to train car roofs.

The power source operates from one or two CR2032 coin cell batteries. One battery is included-- you can add a second battery if desired to increase the run time for the lights. This power source uses a special onboard boost circuit that allows the onboard and connected LED lights to run for longer than from a standard coin cell battery. The boost circuit uses every ounce of power stored in the batteries to keep the lights running for as long as possible. Based on tests with one battery, you can expect to get at least two full days of runtime!

The unit has four Pico-sized expansion connectors, so you can add more lights to accommodate longer train cars, or add lights for end-of-car lanterns or marker lights.

"Brickstuff Express" is the name for our line of extremely compact power sources and simple lights, designed for easy mounting in very small spaces. Brickstuff Express power sources produce 3 volts, while our standard power sources produce 5 volts. You can use most of our Pico LEDs with this power source, though the light will be dimmer than it would if used with a standard power source. This power source also works with most of our Brickstuff Express LED lights.

While any Express or Pico LED light will fit the expansion connectors, it is not recommended to use an LED light that flickers or flashes, as this will interfere with the boost circuit, cause the other lights to flicker or flash, and decrease battery life.
